Directions from Baltimore

Take I-70 to 522 South at the Hancock, MD exit towards Berkeley Springs.
Continue south on 522 and take a left onto Winchester Grade Rd, 6/10 mile past the McDonalds.
Go approximately 6.7 miles and take a left onto Highland Ridge Road (It is just past the Mount Olivet Church).
Go ½ mile then stay right at the “Y” onto Posey Hollow Rd.
Go 2.1 miles and take a left onto Over the Hill Lane (there is a white gate).
Go 2/10 mile to the “Lazy V Ranch” on the left.


Directions from Winchester VA

Take RT 37 to Rt 522 North towards Berkeley Springs.
Go approximately 15 miles to Rt 694, go right (there is a Liberty Gas Station on the left.
Go 5 miles to Unger, WV. The road will come to a “T”, take a right (Rt 13 Winchester Grade Road).
Go 2.4 miles and take a right on Luttrell Rd
Go 4/10 mile and the road will come to a “T”.
Take a left onto Posey Hollow Rd.
Go 1.5 mile to Over the Hill Rd on the right (there is a white gate).
Go 2/10 mile to the Lazy “V” Ranch on the left.
